Every piece is made individually for you. For that reason, we keep returns simple and honest.
Made-to-Order Policy
All products are printed on demand.
Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Changing your mind
- Preferring a different color/style
Please double-check your size and details before completing your order.
If There’s a Problem With Your Order
We fully cover any issue caused by manufacturing or printing.
You qualify for a free replacement or refund if:
- The product is defective
- The print is incorrect
- The item arrives damaged
- You received the wrong item
What We Need
- Clear photos of the issue
- Your order number
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery
In most cases, you will not need to return the item.
Wrong Address
If an order can’t be delivered due to an incorrect address submitted at checkout:
- We can reship the item once the address is corrected
- A reshipment fee may apply (Printify policy)
Order Not Delivered
If tracking shows “delivered,” but you didn’t receive the package:
- First check with neighbors or building management
Then contact us — we’ll help investigate with the carrier and if the carrier confirms loss, we’ll reprint or refund.
Order Cancellations
Because items enter production quickly:
Orders can only be canceled if we catch them before printing begins.
